In the event of a self-propelled machine supplied by us being diagnosed as machine down by one of our technicians, we promise to have that machine running again within 48 hours. If not, a stand in will be made available until your machine is fixed.

Quality Assured:

  • An Expert Check had been carried out on the machine, and the resulting recommended work completed, by our qualified technician(s) within the last 12 months

  • The machine is less than 5 years old

  • All previous maintenance and repairs to the machine were completed using only genuine manufacturer parts

  • The machine has JD Link activated where fitted

  • The machine is still under manufacturer’s warranty
